This complaint application has a background of constraints, namely the absence of an official website for public complaints in the licensing sector at the Jambi Provincial Investment and One-Stop Service. Based on this background, the researcher wanted to make a Public Complaint Application at the Jambi Province Investment and One-Stop Service Office with the aim of this research to help simplify and speed up the public complaints process and be accessed anywhere, this system would give convenience to the Investment Office Jambi Province One Stop Integrated Service to respond to public complaints and improve service performance. This web-based application is built using php programming language and sqlyoug database. Data comments from this application is the master admin data input, service data input, district / city data input, report / tracking process data input, discussion data input, template data input and help process data input. The process of data from this application is in the form of master admin data process, official data processing, district / city data process, report / tracking data processing, discussion data process, template data processing and help service data process. Output data from this application are output reports of complaints, data reports per day, monthly data reports, reports perperiodik data and data reports based on districts / cities. The expected results in this study so that all public complaints can be processed and made easier again with the existence of an official complaint website at the Jambi Provincial Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service.
